Questions we answer every day

It depends entirely on the mission. Schengen appointments in Kampala are often booked several weeks out and the decision itself typically takes 15 calendar days once you have been seen. UK and US timelines vary with season. We tell you the realistic window for your specific embassy before you pay anything.

Yes — and for most applications you need a confirmed itinerary in the file. We issue a reservation or a refundable/changeable fare so your application is complete without you risking the full ticket price.

Regularly. Staff travel, conference delegations, church groups and school trips are quoted as a package and invoiced to the organisation on agreed terms. One consultant coordinates the whole movement.

For June to September and December to February, plan three to six months ahead. Permits are limited per day and sell out. Outside those months a few weeks is often enough, but we always check live availability first.

A national ID, a birth certificate or its equivalent, and — for a renewal — the old passport. We will confirm the exact list for your category before you come in, so you only make the trip once.
